摘要 主要阐述了流式细胞仪在贝类血细胞分类、血细胞功能、染色体核型分析、倍性检测等研究中的应用,供研究贝类的科技工作者参考。 This paper gave a brief introduction to flow cytometry (FCM) and its use in haemocyte classification, haemocyte functions, chromosome type analysis, ploidy detection of the mollusk. It can be a reference for scientific research of mollusk.
