摘要
本文分析了额济纳旗环境可持续利用的主要限制因素,明确环境可持续利用的设计原理、指导思想和设计原则,进而提出环境可持续利用优化模式,以及控制人口增长速度,协调人地关系,实施五大工程建设,进行五大生态开发等环境利用措施。
The main restricted factors were analyzed in this sustainable use of Ejina environment in the paper. The principles and tenets of design and direction ideology of sustainable use of environment were made clear. Based on above - mentioned, guides the optimization pattern of sustainable use of environment was put forward, incwding controlling the speed of population, harmonizing the relationship of human being and land, carrying out five engineering constructions and five ecological developments.
