多伦县十五号乡土地整理的可行性研究

FEASIBILITY STUDY ON LAND ARRANGEMENT OF SHIWUHAO COUNTRYSIDE OF DOLONNUR COUNTY

土地整理是进入21世纪我国在土地管理实践中探索出的1种协调土地资源可持续利用的新思路、新方法[。1]本文以多伦县十五号乡为土地整理项目区,在对该区土地利用现状、土地利用限制因素及有利条件、水资源条件、对该区土地整理后新增耕地潜力等进行了分析评价,并对生态效益、环境效益、经济效益等进行了分析预测的基础上,提出项目区土地整理的规划布局与土地利用结构调整方案,论证了在该区进行土地整理的可行性。

Land arrangement is the new thought and new method coordinating land resources sustainable use gained in the practice of land management in our country in 21st century. Shiwuhao countrysrae of Dolonnur county is as a project area of land arrangement in this paper. Based on the analysis and appraisal of land use status quo, limiting factors and the advantages of land utilization, the condition of water resources, the potentiality of new cultivated area increased and so on, and prediction of the ecological benefit, environmental benefit and economic benefit to the project area with the land arrangement, the plan layout of land utilization and structure adjustment plan of the project area are proposed, which proves that is feasible to carry out land arrangement in the area.
