摘要
以"京秀"高温锻炼苗(38℃)和未锻炼苗(27℃)为试材,研究其在高(44℃)低(-4℃)温胁迫下对叶绿素荧光参数的影响,结果表明:高温锻炼苗和未锻炼苗在高低温胁迫下的叶绿素荧光Fo和qn均随胁迫时间延长而上升,但高温锻炼苗的总体水平低于未锻炼苗。而Fv/Fm、Fv'/Fm'、∮PSII、Fv/Fo、qp均随胁迫时间延长而下降,但未锻炼苗的总体水平低于锻炼苗。
The heat acclimation(38℃) and Non-acclimation(27℃ ) "jingxiu" were used as materials. We studied effects of chlorophyll fluorescence by heat (44℃) (cold -4℃ ) stress. The result showed: the minimal fluorescence (Fo) ,photochemical quench (qp) and Non-photochemical quench(qn) in heat acclimation and Non-acclimation also increased with time past ,but heat acclimation was less than Non-acclimation. PSII maximal photochemical effficiency(dark Fv/Fm), PSII maximal photochemical efficiency(light Fv/Fm 3 ,PSII actual photochemical efficiency( ∮ Ⅱ) and PSII potential photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fo) in heat acclimation and Non-acclimation decreased with time prolonged, but heat acclimation was higher than Non-acclimation.
