摘要
马氏体相变是改善钢铁材料力学性能的1种重要途径。本文考虑了晶粒的随机分布(即细观各项异性),在0-1相变模型的基础上,采用热弹塑性有限单元法,以45#细长钢棒的淬火处理为例,进行了变温马氏体相变的数值模拟。
Martensitic transformation is one of the important means to improve the properties of steel and iron. In this paper,in consideration of the random distributions of the grains( the anisotropy microstructure) , on the basis of 0-1 phase transformed model,by using thermal elastic and plastic finite element method, taking quenching treatment of a 45# thin, long, steel bar for example, we conducted on the simulation of the temperatE-changed martensific transformation.
