摘要
探讨了单负介质部分填充的圆柱谐振腔的基本特性,得到磁负介质或者电负介质部分填充的圆柱谐振腔中存在谐振频率与谐振腔尺寸无关的谐振模式,即存在亚波长谐振模式,并对之特性进行分析研究,得到了一些与普通谐振腔不同的奇特谐振特性。单负介质是容易获得的,从而可以实现亚波长谐振器以实现微波器件的小型化。
In this paper, we have analyzed a cylindrical cylindrical cavity partially filled with single-negative materials (ENG or MNG). For the dielectric constant and the magnetic permeability of ENG or MNG are alternatively negative, there are some different properties and resonant modes in this kind of cavity. Interestingly, the sub-wavelength resonator found here can be used to decrease the size of MIC.
