摘要
目的:评价国产PETB01和国产18FFDG的临床应用价值。方法:应用国产PETB01和国产18FFDG对18例患者进行PET显像。所有患者均先行透射扫描后再行相同部位发射扫描,部分心肌扫描于注射前1h口服葡萄糖50g,其余患者均禁食>6h后进行PET检查。结果:4例发作间期癫痫患儿中,3例可见局部皮质代谢减低区;2例脑血管患者均见和体征相关部位皮质代谢减低。4例糖负荷心肌显像中,心动超声确定运动功能减低心肌片段中38%表现严重FDG摄取减低,其余表现正常摄取或轻度减少。6例肿瘤患者中,3例可见肿瘤FDG摄取增高,2例治疗后肿瘤FDG摄取减低,1例肝癌未见明显FDG摄取。结论:18FFDGPET显像技术可反映体内正常脏器和病变糖代谢状态,可用于临床疾病诊断和判断治疗效果,有重要临床应用价值。但18FFDGPET显像易受血糖、炎症等因素影响。
Objective:To evaluate the value of clinical application of PET B 01 with 18 F FDG image in 18 patients.Methods:All PET scan were performed with PET B 01 and 18 F FDG made in China.The patients underwent transmission scan first,then the emission scan acquired in the same area 40 minutes after FDG administration.The patients fasted for at least 6 hours before the FDG injection.Some patients with myocardial image were performed following oral glucose loading.Results:Interictal PET hypometabolism was identified in 3 subjects of 4 children with epilepsy.All 4 patients had abnormal scalp electroencephalogram(EEG)but normal X ray CT or MRI images. 18 F FDG PET performed following oral glucose loading in 4 patients with myocardial infarction were compared with regional contraction function as assessed by echocardiography.PET may aid in defining the extent of damaged but viable myocardium.6 known tumor foci were imaged with FDG PET scan,increased FDG accumulation in 3 tumor patients and 2 tumor foci showed decreasing FDG uptake after radiotherapy.One case of primary liver cancer did not show increased of FDG.Conclusion: 18 F FDG PET image technique is useful to clinic diagnosis.
