摘要
目的观察地骨皮提取液对糖尿病肥胖大鼠血清炎症因子和抗过氧化能力的影响,并对醇提、水提两种提取方法进行比较。方法采用小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)加高脂饮食饲养的方法建立糖尿病肥胖大鼠模型,随机分为6组,同时设立正常对照组。给药7周后观察大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗氧化值(SM)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白介素-6(IL-6)水平的变化。结果与模型组相比,地骨皮醇提组能降低糖尿病肥胖大鼠血清NO含量,升高SM值(P<0.01,P<0.05),而对血清TNF-α,IL-6各给药组除水高组外,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论地骨皮提取液能够在一定程度上通过增强糖尿病肥胖大鼠抗氧化的能力,降低血清炎症因子水平来预防血管病变,且醇提优于水提。
Objective To investigate the effects of cortex lycii radicis extracts on inflammation factors and antioxidant ability in obese-diabetic rats. Methods Male Sprague Dawley rats were induced by feeding high fat diet alter injection with Streptozotocin (STZ) in order to copy the model, then they were divided into six groups randomly,except those in normal control group. After seven weeks' administration, the serum nitric oxide ( NO ) , nitric oxide synthase ( NOS ) , malonicdialdehyde ( MDA ) , superoxide-dismutase (SOD) ,SM.tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and,interleukin45 (IL-6) were observed. Results Ethanol extraets of cortex lycii radicis could reduce the level of serum NO and improve the number of SM compared to the diabetic model group(P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ). All the treatment groups could reduce the level of serum of TNF-α and IL-6 ( P 〈 0. 01 ,P 〈 0. 05 ) , except the high dosage of aqueous extracts of cortex lycii radicis group. Conclusion Extracts of cortex lycii radicis can prevent vascular diseases through improving the antioxidant ability and reducing the level of' inflammation faetors. Ethanol extracts is better than aqueous extracts.
