摘要
介绍了翻车机的使用范围及其设备类型,分析了翻车机的性能特点及国内外同类产品的生产制造能力和技术水平。在此基础上,论述了翻车机卸车布置形式及其系统组成状况,为华电国际邹县发电厂四期工程2×1000MW机组选择了翻车机的工艺布置和翻车机设备的结构形式。
The application scope and equipment type of rotary coal dumper were introduced. Its performance features, manufacturing capacity and technique level at home and abroad, were analyzed. Based on these, the coal unloading arrangement form and system constituent of rotary coal dumper were discussed, the process arrangement and the construction form of rotary, coal dumper were selected for 2 × 1000 MW units in phase Ⅳ project of Zouxian Power Plant of Huadian Power International.
