摘要
根据京津唐电网2008年无功补偿的基本数据及2007年的运行情况,对2008年夏季无功平衡情况进行了分析,针对保证奥运会供电电压质量的重点、难点提出措施和要求。
Based on basic data of reactive compensation in Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Grid in 2008 and power system operation in 2007, reactive power balance in summer of 2008 was analyzed. Pointed to emphasis and difficulties in power supply to assure voltage quality, corresponding measures and requirements were given.
