摘要
为了适应国家电力体制改革以及信息化的需要,根据电能计量装置技术管理规程以及国家电网公司的企业标准,承德供电公司与河南思达高科技股份有限公司共同开发了一套系统以实现自动化配表功能以及计量资产的全方位动态管理。介绍了该系统的硬件组成以及软件功能,总结了系统的主要技术特点,并给出了主要的技术指标。最后分析了系统在承德供电公司计量中心的应用效果。
Based on technical management regulations about electric power measurement device and company standards of State Grid Corporation of China to meet the needs of state electric power system reformation and information, Chengde Power Supply Company cooperated with Henan Sida Science and Technology Co. Ltd. , developed a suit of system. This system was designed to realize automatic instrument distribution and all course dynamic management of measurement assets. In this paper, hardware components and software function of the developed system were introduced, main technical characteristics were summarized, and key technical indexes were shown. Lastly application results of this system in Measurement Center of Chengde Power Supply Company were analyzed.
