通过对宋(金)元时期癫痫效方组方选药演变过程及其配伍规律的探讨,认为该时期癫痫方的组方特点是以疏肝平肝熄风居多,同时又涌现出化痰熄风、清热泻火、安神开窍、活血化瘀类方剂,认识到痰、火、惊、瘀是癫痫的重要病机,对提高癫痫方的组方水平、增强临床治疗效果具有重要指导意义。

By discussing on the evolution and compatible characteristic epilepsy prescriptions in the Song, Jin and Yuan periods,it is pointed that the main characteristic of that times was soothing the liver and calming wind. At the same time prescriptions for removing the phlegm and calming wind,clearing away heat and fire,calming the spirit and regaining consciousness,activating blood and removing blood stasis were also be used. It is recognized that phlegm, fire, frightness and blood stagnation were the important pathogenesis of the epilepsy. This recognization played an important role in guiding the choosing of herbs and elevates the effects of clinical treatment.
