摘要
通过对国外发达国家体育法制的比较,结合我国现阶段体育立法的现状,提出一些看法和建议,为加强我国体育法制建设完善我国体育法制度提供借鉴。
Comparing to the developed countries＇ sports legal system overseas,combining with the present situation of our country sports law in this stage,the paper puts forwards some suggestions and offers references to strengthen sports law construction and perfect sports law system in China.
