中外竞技体育后备人才培养模式比较研究

Comparison between Chinese and foreign models in sports talent cultivation

采用文献资料、问卷调查、比较等研究方法对中补竞技体育后备人才的培养模式进行了比较研究,认为我国竞技体育后备人才培养模式在不断优化,但与国外体育发达国家相比还存在一定差距,"开放的大教育"模式与"体教结合"模式是我国未来竞技体育后备人才培养的主导模式。

By applying the method of documents, literatures, comparisons, etc. ,this paper focuses on the comparisons in the training models of sports talent reserve, and argues that the training mode of China＇ s athletics reserve talent is continuing to be optimized. Compared to the strong countries in athletics, some gaps are still existed. ＂Opening grand education＂ mode and ＂Combination of sports and education＂ model are the dominant modes in China＇ s sports talent reserve in future.
