摘要
现代企业管理中,软性管理越来越成为企业持续稳定发展的基础和动力。《员工手册》作为一个企业的文化建设的载体,在宣贯企业精神、价值观和行为规范的同时,更应该体现对员工的要求、信任、爱护与尊重。因此,编制《员工手册》应以法律为依据,充分体现以人为本的原则,体现建立和谐劳动关系的主旨。
In the modem management, to be the base and energy of enterprise continuing development the flexile management get a better role. To be the carder of enterprise culture, Staff Regulations should express more trust, control, care and respect to the employee as propagandize enterprise spirit, behavior and value. Therefore Staff Regulations making should show human oriented principle and harmonious labor relation by the law.
