摘要
企业在实施"走出去"战略和国际化经营过程中,随着海外事业的不断发展,在境外员工队伍的管理方面遇到一系列问题。解决好员工队伍的稳定问题,是保证企业国际市场竞争力的关键之一。从外派员工选拔和培训、安全保障、队伍稳定以及本土化雇员管理等几个方面提出了思路和建议。
In enterprise's carrying out "go abroad" strategy and international operation, with the development of business in abroad, the management of staff in abroad has met a series of problems. To solve stability of staff team is one of the keys to ensure international market competition force. Put forward idea and suggestions of selection and training, safety insurance, team stability of employee going to work abroad and home employee management.
