摘要
随着我国经济的发展,传统的薪酬体系普遍出现了激励作用不足、约束作用乏力、平均主义和分配行为不规范等弊端,因此,对传统的薪酬体系进行变革就成为一种必然。本文以鼎华公司为例探讨了当前企业薪酬变革中存在的关键性的几个问题,并提出解决对策。
Along with the development of China' s economy, the traditional salary system has shown its defects : lack of incentives, constraints of the role fatigue, egalitarianism and distribution of non - standard. Therefore it is necessary to change the traditional salary system. This paper, taking Dinghua as an example, discusses some key issues of the current enterprise reform about the salary system and proposes some solutions as well.
