摘要
目的观察KM-HL鼠对肿瘤细胞的易感性;对137Cs-γ射线致免疫功能下降的研究,为KM-HL鼠作为实验用鼠提供理论依据。方法给KM-HL小鼠接上S180、U14和H22等肿瘤,观察其生长情况;使KM-HL受到137Cs-γ线6.5Gy照射后,致免疫功能下降,观察血液、造血系统、脾系数、胸腺系数等免疫指标。结果KM-HL小鼠接种S180、U14和H22的液体瘤细胞或实体瘤均生长较好;KM-HL小鼠受到照射后各项生理指标与对照组比有所下降并有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论近交系KM-HL小鼠可作为肿瘤药物筛选和免疫功能药物筛选的实验用鼠。
Objective To observe the susceptibility to tumor cell of KH - HL mice and study the descent of immune function by 137Cs source γ rays to provide theoretical foundations for KM - HL mice use as experimental mice. Methods The mice sarcoma ( Sis0 ), cervical cancer ( U14 ), and liver cancer ( H22) are transplanted on KM - HL mice and the growth of mice bearing tumor is observed, its immune function of KH - HL mice descends when irradiate with 137 Cs source γ rays at 6.5 Gy, Some immunization indexes such as blood, hematopoietic system, spleen index and thymus index are examined. Results Both the liquid tumor cell and the solid tumor of sarcoma ( S180 ), cervical cancer ( U14 ), and liver cancer ( H22 ) trans plants on KM - HL mice grow well. After the irradiation, all of the physiological indexes of KM - HL mice descend comparing with the control group, with statistical significance (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The inbred line KM - HL mice can be used as experimental model mice in the screening of ant/tumor and immunological function drugs.
