摘要
目的探讨腹腔、肺泡和肝脏的巨噬细胞培养上清液对辐照小鼠粒-单系血细胞(CFU-GM)发生的保护作用。方法采用造血祖细胞体外培养技术观察三种不同部位的巨噬细胞培养上清液对粒-单系造血祖细胞(CFU-GM)集落数的影响。结果三种培养上清液均能促进辐射损伤小鼠的CFU-GM的分化与增值,而Kupffer细胞培养上清液的上述作用更明显。结论三个部位的巨噬细胞对辐射损伤小鼠的CFU-GM发生均具有保护作用,且以Kupffer细胞效果更好。
Objective To study the effects of peritional macrophyge(PM) ,alveolar macrophage(AM), and Kupffer cell (KC) on colony forming unite granulacyte/macrophage ( CFU - GM) in irradiated mice. Methods Using techniques of hemopoietic progenitors in vitro, the authors studied the effects of three types of macrophages culture supernatant on CFU - GM. Results It is shown that three types of macrophages culture supernatant may stimulate proliferation and differentiation of CFU - GM in irradiated mice, and KC is the best one in comparison to others. Conclution three types of macrophages culture supernatant may protect CFU - GM irradiated mice with KC being the best method.
