摘要
在某型号中低压控制柜内的简易温度测控装置基础上,设计了一种以模糊控制理论为核心的嵌入式温度控制器。提出了模糊控制输出与开关量控制输出结合的控制思路,分析了模糊控制算法的设计过程。通过与简易温度测控装置的试验比较,验证了模糊控制器无论是在响应速度方面,还是在稳定性方面,均优于原有装置。
On the basis of a simple temperature measurement andcontrol device in a certain type of medium and low-voltage control cabinet embedded temperature controller was designed taking fuzzy control thecry as the core, raising an idea of control by fuzzy control output to combine on-off quantinty control output, analyzing the design processes of fuzzy control algorithm. Via test comparison with simple temperature control device, it is verified that fuzzy controller is betler than the original device whether response speed or in stability.
