智能型永磁机构真空断路器的研制

Development of Intelligent Permanent Magnetic Mechanism Vacuum Circuit Breaker

在引进、消化吸收的基础上,经改进、创新和优化设计,开发了具有自主知识产权的智能型永磁机构真空断路器。介绍了其工作原理、结构及特点,给出了双稳态永磁操作机构简图及主要技术参数。试验结果表明,产品达到了IEC298和GB1984高压交流断路器标准要求,其成本只占改进前产品的60%,体积更小,可靠性更高,可实现遥测、遥信、遥控等功能。

On the basis of introduction and absorbing, after improvement and new creation and re-engineering design, an lntelhgent permanent magnetic mechanism circuit breaker with own-self intelligent property right was developed. Introduction was made to its working principle, structure and features, giving out dual stable permanent magnetic operating mechanism simple diagram and technical parameters. Test results show, the product is in conformity to the requirements of IEC298 and GB1984 high-voltage AC circuit breaker standards, its cost is only 60 % of the product before improvement, it is small in volume, high in reliability, achieveable in remote measurement, remote communication and remote control.
