摘要
为了解决LW8C-40.5户外SF6高压断路器铝杆发生折弯的质量问题,通过分析计算铝杆各截面(特别是折弯处截面)的弯矩、截面的惯性矩等影响截面弯曲应力的因素后,得出了铝杆折弯的原因是铝杆组件设计及加工工艺的不合理,使铝杆折弯处截面(危险截面)的最大弯曲应力大于材料的许用弯曲应力。通过重新设计铝杆组件、连杆及改进铝杆组件的加工工艺,从而大大降低了铝杆折弯处截面(危险截面)的最大弯曲应力,从根本上解决了铝杆发生折弯的可能。
In order to solve the quality problem of LW8C-40.5 outdoor SF6 high-voltage breaker aluminum rod to take place with bending, via analyzing and calculating bending moment at aluminum rod each cross section (especially at the bended cross section) and inertia moment etc factors to affect cross section bending stress, obtaining that the causes of aluminum rod bending are not reasonable design and processing technique for aluminum rod component, which made the max stress of aluminum cross section (dangerous cross section) at bending place over allowable bending stress of the material.By redesigning the aluminum pole unit, connection pole and improving the process technics of aluminum pole unit to greatly decrease the maximal bent force of section (dangerous section) on aluminum pole bent position and radically solve the possibitity of bending for aluminum pole.
