硫酸对乌兰林格膨润土的活化研究及产品表征 被引量:1

Activation of Bentonite From Wulanlinge Treated with Sulfuric Acid and Characterisation of Its Products

摘要 采用硫酸对乌兰林格膨润土(WZB)进行活化研究,并对活性白土产品进行了化学成分、红外光谱(IR)及氮气吸附技术表征分析,表明活化过程中蒙脱石层间Na+、Ca2+溶出较快,而八面体中的Mg2+、Al3+、Fe3+溶出较慢,且溶出难易程度依次为Al3+、Fe3+、Mg2+;随着加酸量的增加,414cm-1与1639 cm-1附近的峰逐渐降低;产品的总孔容、比表面积及平均孔径分别从0.1206mL/g、117.5m2/g和4.104nm增加到0.2983mL/g、203.3m2/g和5.869 nm,呈现出先增大后降低的规律性变化趋势。 Activation of bentonite (WZB) trom Wulanlinge treated with various sultunc acid strengths was mvestlgated. Chemical components analysis and structure characterization using IR and adsorption-unadsorption of N2 were performed on bentonites activated with various sulfuric acid strengths. The results showed that Na ^+ , Ca^2 + of montmorillonite interlayer released fast into solution,while octahedrally coordinated Mg^2+ ,Al^3+ and Fe^3+ released slowly during acidification, Mg^2+ of them is most readily,and are Fe^3+ and Al^3+ next respectively. With increasing of acid addition,there wereprogressive decrease in the intensity of the bands at 414cm^-1 and 1639cm^-1.The total volume, special surface area and average pore diameter of the products increased to 0. 2983mL/g^-1, 203.3m^2/g^-1 and 5. 869nm from 0. 1206mL/g^-1, 117.5m^2/g^-1 and 4. 104nm respectively. These all have a regular change trend with increasing first, and decreasing afterward.
