奎屯垦区自育杂交棉七杂五农艺措施最优组合模型的研究

摘要 采用五水平有重复的最优回归设计,选取种植密度、缩节胺用量和打顶时间等可调控因子进行杂交棉的栽培技术研究,以探索影响杂交棉丰产栽培的关键因子及最佳用量。结果表明,对籽棉产量的影响顺序为:打顶时间〉种植密度〉缩节胺用量;杂交棉随着种植密度的降低(X1≤1.48万株/667m^2)、适宜的化控量(X2≤8.3g/667m^2)和打顶日期的延后(X3≥7月7日),籽棉产量出现300kg/667m^2以上的几率增加;过大的种植密度(X1≥1.72万株/667m^2)、缩节胺化控超量(X2〉16.7g/667m^2)和过早的打顶时间(X3≤6月25日),高产的几率较小(Y≤200kg/667m^2)。在2007年特殊气候条件下,当种植密度在0.60~0.84万株/667m^2,缩节胺化控量为7.2g/667m^2,打顶时间在7月10号时,杂交棉七杂五可获得345.70±0.53kg/667m^2最高籽棉产量。 Planting density, mepiquat chloride dose and topping off time were studied adopting the optimum regression design with five levels and replications in order to explore the main effects on yield of hybrid cotton and the optimum dose. The results show that the order of effects on yield is as follows: topping off time 〉 planting density 〉 mepiquat chloride dose. The probability of high yield increase if hybrid cotton is planted with lower planting density, appropriate mepiquat chloride dose and delay of topping off time while that decrease if hybrid cotton is planted with higher planting density, overfull mepiquat chloride dose and earlier topping off time. When plant density between 6000 plant per 667m^2 and 8400 plant per 667m^2, mepiquat chloride dose with 7.2g/667m^2 and topping off time on July 10 are adopted, yield of hybrid cotton was 345.70 ± 0.53kg/667m^2.
