抽动症患儿体内铅含量对T细胞活性的影响

The effects of blood lead levels on Immune activity of T lymphocyte in Children with tic disorder

目的研究抽动症患儿体内血铅含量对T淋巴细胞亚群活性的影响。方法选择44例抽动症患儿、30例健康儿童采用原子吸收光谱法测定血铅含量,同时采用间接免疫荧光染色法测定该组患儿外周血T淋巴细胞亚群各类细胞的免疫活性。结果抽动症患儿外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+[(57.65±7.16)%,(34.56±3.07)%,(1.0246±0.1265)]较正常对照组[(62.59±4.11)%,(36.12±2.16)%,(1.4324±0.1460)]显著降低,而CD8+[(32.16±3.96)%]较对照组[(27.11±2.13)%]显著升高(P<0.005)。44例抽动症患儿血铅测定结果为112.58±49.07μg/L,其中有32例超过100μg/L,铅中毒率为72.73%,对照组血铅测定结果为50.78±24.57μg/L,有1例超过100μg/L,铅中毒率为3.3%。结论抽动症患儿体内血铅含量明显增高,T淋巴细胞亚群平衡失调,免疫活性降低,且患儿体内血铅含量与淋巴细胞免疫活性有明显相关性。

Objective To study the effects of blood lead（Pb） levels on immune activity in T lymphocyte in Children with tie disorder（TD） .Methods Blood lead levels of 44 TD patients and 30 healthy controls were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry, and the immune activity of T lymphocyte subgroups in peripheral blood of the patients were measured by indieet immune fluorescent method. Results The levels of CD3 ^＋, CD4^＋, CD4^＋/CD8 ^＋ [ （ 57.65 ± 7.16）%, （34.56± 3.07）%, （ 1. 0246± 0.1265 ）, which showed significantly depressed, as compared with those of healthy controls [ （62.59±4.11 ）%, （36.12 ± 2.16 ） %, （ 1.4324±0.1460） ], The levels of CD8 ＋ in TD patients [ （32.16 ± 3.96）% ] were significantly increased, as compared with those of healthy controls [ （ 27.11 ± 2.13 ） % ] （ P 〈 0.005）. The mean level of blood lead of 44 children with TD was （ 112,58 ± 49： 07） μg/L, a- mong which 32 patients with blood lead level 〉 100 μg/L, and the rate of lead poisoning was 72.73 %. The mean level of blood lead of controls was 50.78±24.57μg/L, among which 1 child with blood lead level 〉 100μg/L, and the rate of lead poisoning was 3. 33%. Conclusion In Children with TD,the blood lead levels increased significantly,T lymphocyte subgroups disordered,immune activity decreased and there was significant correlation between the blood lead levels and T lymphocyte activity.
