摘要
结合目前移动应急指挥中心在我国的应用及发展情况,对移动应急指挥中心系统的实际应用需求加以分析,根据应用需求对移动应急指挥中心系统方案设计做了比较详细的描述,包括现场网络系统、综合指挥调度系统、对外通信系统、网管控制系统、综合应用处理系统、业务终端系统、装载平台系统等各个系统的设计,以及系统中关键技术的应用情况,同时讨论了该移动应急通信系统的功能和组网方案。
This paper firstly analyzes the analysis of application requirements of mobile emergency command center system and then describes in detail the system scheme design for mobile emergency command center, which consists of field network system, integrated command and control system, external communication system,network management system, integrated application and processing system, service terminal system, loading platform system and key technologies according to the application and development of mobile emergency command center at present in China.The function and networking scheme of mobile emergency communication system are discussed in this paper.
