瘦素与免疫

摘要 瘦素是由脂肪细胞分泌的一种细胞因子样激素,其在能量代谢、神经内分泌等多种生理过程中发挥重要作用。近年的研究发现,瘦素还可促进多种免疫细胞的增殖、活化及细胞因子合成,参与固有和适应性免疫应答。而且,瘦素作为一种新型的免疫调节因子与多种自身免疫病的发生密切相关。现就瘦素在免疫系统中的作用以及与多种自身免疫病关系的研究进展予以综述。 Leptin is a kind of cytokine-like hormone produced by the adipocytes ,which can play an important role in many physiological process such as energy metabolism, neuroendocrine and so on. Recent studies showed that leptin can promote the proliferation and activation of many immune cells and synthesis of cytokines,it also can take part in the inherent and adaptive immune response. What is more,leptin also is a new type immune regulatory factor, which is closely related to the genesis of many immune diseases. This article reviews leptin about its effect on immune system and relationship with many auto-immune diseases.
