摘要
酪氨酸蛋白激酶是细胞信号转导的主要信号酶之一,对细胞的生长、发育与功能调控起着重要的作用。受体型酪氨酸蛋白激酶是细胞内段具有酪氨酸激酶活性跨膜结构的酶蛋白受体,其胞外区与生长因子配体结合,然后激活胞内段的酶活性区启动信号转导,参与细胞的生长、增殖、转化及胚胎发育和肿瘤形成。主要介绍受体型酪氨酸蛋白激酶的结构、分类及其信号转导途径。
Tyrosine protein kinase is one of the key kinases in cell signal transduction,which plays an important role in cell growth, development and functional regulation, Receptor tyrosine protein kinase is a transmembrane kinase protein receptor with tyrosine protein kinase activity on intracellular part, it can actuate the signal transduction by activating the active zone of its intracellular part resulting from the combination of its extroeellular part with its growth factor ligand and then takes part in the cell growth, cell proliferation, cell transdifferenfiation, embryonic development and tumor genesis. This article mainly reviews receptor tyrosine protein kinase about its structure, classification and its signal transduction pathway,
