色氨酸羟化酶2与精神疾病的分子遗传学研究 被引量:2

摘要 中枢5-羟色胺(5-HT)是一种重要的神经递质,参与了许多生理活动的调节。抑郁、精神分裂症、自杀等精神疾病可能与5-HT能神经递质功能紊乱有关。色氨酸羟化酶2(TPH2)是5-HT合成途径中的限速酶,在中枢5-HT的合成中具有重要的作用,因而也成为许多精神疾病分子遗传学研究中重要的候选基因。目前,越来越多的证据表明,TPH2基因多态可能与许多精神疾病有关。本文就近年来TPH2基因多态性与情感障碍、自杀等精神疾病的关联研究现况及进展予以综述。 Central serotonin (5-hydmxytryplamine, 5-HT) is an important neurotransmitter, and it is concerned with many physiological functions. Many psychiatric disorders ,including depression, schizophrenia, suicidal behavior have been suggested to be related to the dysregulation of brain serotonergic neurotransmission. Tryptophan hydroxylase 2 ( TPH2 ) is a rate-limiting enzyme in 5-HT synthesis, and plays an important role in synthesis of central 5-HT,so it is a vital candidate gene of molecule genetics study on many psychiatric disorder. To date, more and more evidences have showed that TPH2 gene polymorphism be associated with many psychiatric disorders. This article reviewed present situations, development with respect to the association between TPH2 gene polymorphism and psychiatric disorders, such as affective disorder, suicide.
