p16^(INK4A) Gene and Earlier Prevention and Cure of Cervical Cancer

摘要 随着分子生物学的发展,人们发现在宫颈癌的发生、发展过程中,有多种癌基因、抑癌基因及相关因子参与,其中某些基因结构、功能等都会发生变化,这些基因可以作为这一进程中的分子标志,来用于高危病例的筛选。p16INK4A是人们发现的第一个直接参与细胞周期调控的抑癌基因。它的过表达发生在宫颈癌和癌前病变阶段,可作为一种肿瘤标志物用于宫颈癌的临床筛查及诊断中。 With the development of molecular biology, it is known that many oncogenes and anti-oncogenes as well as their related factors took part in the genesis and development of cervical cancer,some genes among them had some changes in their gene structure and function ,which could be used to screen cases with high risk as molecular markers during the process of cervical cancer, pl6^INK4A is the first found anti-oncogene participating the cell cycle regulation directly. It has over expression during cervical cancer and precancerosis. So it can be used as a kind of tumor marker for the clinical screening and diagnosis of cervical cancer.
