摘要
腰椎管狭窄症是临床常见的疾病,随着老年化社会的到来,腰椎管狭窄症越来越多,它给患者的工作及生活带来严重的影响。腰椎管狭窄症的治疗方案多种多样且疗效各异,现就其定义、病理及外科治疗作一综述。
Lumbar spinal canal stenosis is the common disease in clinic. With the arrival of aging society,it is becoming more and more,which is bringing severe influence on the work and life of patients. There are many kinds of therapeutic methods to cure this disease with their own features. This article reviews lumbar spinal stenosis about its definition ,pathology and surgical therapy.
