摘要
以潞安王庄煤矿6203大采高综放工作面为工程背景,采用现场实测的方法对大采高综放工作面的顶板活动规律进行了研究。研究结果表明:6203工作面来压步距的变化范围(以中部计)8~28m,来压期间的动载系数在工作面上中下部分别为1.65、1.63和1.66。与同条件下的普通综放工作面(6205工作面)相比,工作面来压步距基本相同,采高增加后,对老顶的破断规律没有明显影响;大采高综放工作面来压期间动载系数提高了27.3%。为大采高综放支架设计和工作面顶板管理提供依据。
Taking 6203 mining height fully-mechinzed working face in Wangzhuang Coal Mine as engineering background, using scene measure way to study the roof activity rule. The result indicated that the pressure step distance excursion is 8- 28 m about 6203 face with central section. The moving modulus is 1.65 , 1.63 and 1.66 in pressure provide. Compare with common fully-mechinzed working face as 6205, the pressure step distance excursion are basically identical. It has no evidence influence with broken rule of roof when increase the mining height, hut the moving moddulus having improved 27.3%. This provide some basis for design mining height support and manage working roof.
