Recognize Foreign Fiber in Cotton by the Best Threshold Recognizing Arithmetic

原棉中存在的异性纤维始终困扰着纺织工业的生产与发展,如何准确地检测与识别原棉中存在的异性纤维是纺织工业所面临的主要问题。文章采用三基色RGB最佳阈值算法来识别原棉图像信号中存在的异性纤维,试验结果表明,该算法可以有效地识别出原棉中存在的异性纤维。

Foreign fiber in cotton has been a question puzzled the production and development in textile industry, how to accurately examine and distinguishe foreign fiber in cotton is a main issue in textile industry. This article uses the best RGB threshold recognizing arithmetic tO distinguish the foreign fiber in cotton which in the image signal of collected cotton wool, the experiment result indicated that this algorithm may distinguish the foreign fiber effectively existed in the raw cotton.
