Based on the domestic joint LYBG156 hard cotton production line, the process of carding and lapping are adjusted and improved to procdue thin hot through-air nonwoven fabric. The design thoughts and equipment adjusting plan are cleared ont,the market prospect is analysed,the properties are compared with other sanitary material. The nonwoven fabric produced from improved production line has excellent property.
