摘要
文章介绍了喷气织机生产细号高密精梳棉织物生产过程。要提高织机效率必须正确地选择浆料的种类、浆纱配方、上浆工艺路线及上浆工艺参数,合理地制定织造工艺参数,以保证织造的顺利进行。
The paper introduced the process of weaving super fine tex high density combed cotton fabric in air-jet loom. To improve loom efficiency, the appropriate pulp, correct sizing formula, reasonable sizing technology route and parameters should be selectd,reasonable weaving technology parameters should be formulated to ensure smooth weaving process.
