论和谐社会语境下少年司法制度构建的紧迫性

On the Pressing of Building the Youth Legal System under the Context Harmonious Society

目前少年犯罪已占到全国刑事犯罪总数的70%以上,无论今天还是未来其危害之巨大是可想而知的。少年既是社会的希望,又是社会良性发展的希望。我国现有的少年司法制度已远不能适应时代的要求。尽快构建少年司法制度不仅对预防和减少犯罪,而且对构建和谐社会都具有紧迫性。

Nowadays juvenile delinquency has already accounted for to the above of 70% , whether today or future the damage of the whole nation crime sum is too large to be imaginable. The teenagers are both society＇s hope and the basis that society grows beneficially. Now the teenager judicial systems in our country has kept already away from adapting to the requirements of the times. It is urgent that to build the judicial systems of the teenager as soon as possible not only take precautions against and fall off committing a crime to the country but also to structure the society of harmony.
