为挽救近代中国内忧外患的困局,康有为主张向资本主义学习,推进中国由农业国变革为工业国,并提出了具体的纲领目标和实施方案,具有历史的进步性,是中国现代化道路的一次有益探索;但在当时缺乏阶级基础和经济基础的背景下,其美好的设想不可能变成现实。

For the bureau saving Chinese internal and external troubles the modern times besieging, Kang Youwei advocates learning from capitalism,push forward China being transformed for the industrial country by the agricultural country, that the target composes in reply an implementation plan,have the history progress and to have brought forward concrete guiding principle, is that China modernizes a beneficial exploration of road; But under background being short of the class basis and the economic base in that time, it＇s tentative plan it is impossible that becomes reality.
