王念孙在校勘方面取得的巨大成就,使后人难以望其项背,也偶有推断不妥或失误的地方。王氏校勘出现的一部分偏误在一定程度上与他对语法的理解有关。因其不能够全面地或真正地从语法角度去分析,而作出了值得商榷的论断。王念孙在校勘时出现一些偏误还与他利用其他文献来校勘有关。

Wang Niansun great achievement getting in Textual Criticism. But he made a mistakes once in a while. The mistake relevant to the grammar misunderstanding. Because he cant understand grammar, so his viewpoint is questionable. Another wrong cause relevant to use of other documents to collate.
