浅论民法与和谐社会构建的关系

A Brief Analysis of the Relationship between the Nature of Civil Code and Constructing Socialist Harmonious Society

和谐社会是一个诚信、互帮互助、团结友爱的社会,是一个充满仁爱和以人为本的安定、繁荣、发展的社会。构建社会主义和谐社会,是我们党从全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的全局出发提出的重大任务。创建和谐社会是一个系统工程,是一个各方面都要协调行动的、由诸多要素构成的系统。本文通过对民法性质的分析,浅论民法对社会主义和谐社会构建的重要作用。

the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of Chinese Communist party put forward the concept of constructing socialist harmonious society. Harmonious society should be a society full of honesty, friendship, help, union and love; a stable, constandy developing and prosperous society full of kindness and humanity. Constructing a harmonious society is a great goal set up by the party based on the thought of building a well - off society and opening up new Vistas of Socialist cause, Constructing a harmonious society is a systematic project to be completed with the cooperation of the people from all walks of life. This paper deals with the important role played by civil code in the process of constructing socialist society through analyzing the nature of civil code of our country.
