摘要
本文针对当前我国教师管理中存在的管理方式单一、制度不健全、教师流失严重、结构不合理等问题,提出了克服这些问题的对策。
This essey talks about issues system of management of China's current teachers management which make loss some teachers and irrational structure etc. This essey proposed the countermersure to overcome these problems so as to promote reform the college education system , so that the college object modernization, the world and the future.
