摘要
本文阐述了高校图书馆女性人力资源能力的特质,分析了女性人力资源能力的现状。提出了女性人力资源能力建设的具体要求,包括学习能力、业务能力、创新能力的建设。
In this article, the author presents the specialty of the ability of women' s human resources and analyzes its present situation in the library by taking university libraries as an example. Some specific requirements for building the ability of female human resources have been proposed as well.
