摘要
通过对常用两种温度补偿方式的比较,介绍了一种改进型双Г电阻补偿网络作为宽温补偿技术。改进型双Г电阻补偿网络集成了桥式电阻网络和双Г电阻网络的优点,在高低温极值处具有更强的补偿能力。试验表明,采用该种补偿网络的温补晶振在-55℃^+85℃的宽温范围内,频率温度稳定度优于±1×10-6。
Through comparing the two common temperature compensation methods, an improved temperature compensation technology using double Г resistance compensation network as wide temperature compensation technique is introduced. The improved double Г resistance compensation network has the merit of both bridge resistance network and double F resistance compensation network and has better compensation capalility on the high and low temperature extremum. The experiment shows that the frequency stability of the temperature compensation crystal oscillator is better than ± 1×10^-6 by using this compensation network when the temperature is from -55℃ to +85℃.
