摘要
介绍了一种基于FPGA的TFT-LCD数字显示控制器的实现方法,采用FPGA实现TFT-LCD显示时序的产生、显示图像处理、双显存的读写轮换控制等功能。该设计方式可以根据实际功能任务需求,对专用显示控制芯片的接口功能进行裁剪,定制显示控制功能,增强了系统的可靠性和设计的灵活性。将其应用于一款液晶显示控制单元(DCU),解决了工程实际问题。
A design method of a TFT - LCD digital display controller based on FPGA is introduced in this paper. The functions such as TFT - LCD sequence generator, image information processing, alternate control of the double display RAM can be realized on a FPGA chip. According to the actual task and function requirement, the system security and flexibility are improved through cutting the interface function of special display and control chip. This LCD controller is applied to a DCU successfully, and can solve the actual problem.
