中国农业生物安全的科学问题与任务探讨

Discussion on Objective and Research Priority for Agricultural Biological Security in China

本文综述了中国面临的十分严峻的农业生物安全形势,从危险性外来入侵有害生物、毁灭性高致害变异性植物病虫害、转基因生物潜在危险的预防与控制及农业生物多样性保护等领域,分析确保国家农业生物安全需紧迫解决的若干重要科学与技术问题,在此基础上对农业生物安全近期的研究任务和创新目标进行了探讨。

This paper expressed the background and the severe situations of agricultural biological security which we are faced with in China. A number of science and technology issues which are demanded and presented urgently from prevention,control and management of fatal biological invaders,agricultural pests with high truculency and variability,GMO potential risks for food production and ecology,and conservation of agricultural biodiversity were analyzed systematically. The research objective and priority of agricultural biological security has been discussed further.
