摘要 蛋白酶广泛存在于植物体内,是植物生长发育必不可少的。主要综述了各种蛋白酶在种子贮藏蛋白的沉积和降解、植物对外界的胁迫响应、植物衰老和PCD过程的重要作用及相关研究进展,并对蛋白酶体途径进行了简要介绍。
