高龄患者小切口白内障摘出人工晶状体植入观察

The observation of small-incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in advanced aged patients

目的探讨高龄白内障患者小切口白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术的效果。方法对120例(146眼)高龄白内障患者行小切口白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术,对术后视力及并发症进行分析。结果随访6月～1年,术后视力≤0.08者10眼(6.85%),0.1～0.3者29眼(19.86%),0.4～0.6者56眼(38.36%),>0.6者51眼(34.93%)。术中后囊破裂8眼(8.22%),术后角膜水肿23眼(15.75%)。结论小切口白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术,安全,效果好,适合于高龄白内障患者,术前患者全身状况的评估可以降低手术风险。

Objective To explore the effect of small-incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens （IOL） implantation in advanced aged patients. Methods Small-incision cataract extraction and IOL implantation was performed in 120 cases （146 eyes） of cataract with age more than 80 years old. The popstoperation vision and the complications were analyzed. Results After operation, all patients were followed up for 6 - 12 months. The postoperation vision were≤〈0.08 in 10 eyes（6.85%）,29 eyes had 0.1 -0.3 （19. 86% ） ,56 eyes had 0. 4 -0. 6（38. 36% ） ,51 eyes had better than 0.6 （34.93%）, posterior capsule rupture in 8 eyes （8.22%） ,corneal edema 23 eyes （15.75）. Condusions Smallincision cataract extraction and IOL implantation is safe and effective. It is suitable for advanced aged patients. The danger of aged patients can be reduced by systemic examination before the operation.
