摘要
分析了聚酰胺6聚合过程中低聚物的产生原因和物理特性,研究了在实际生产中影响低聚物(特别是环状二聚体)含量的重要原因以及低聚物对生产装置的破坏作用,并针对低聚物的破坏特性提出了有效的改进措施,为聚合装置改用浓缩液直接聚合工艺提供了有价值的实验数据。
The generation mechanism and physical characteristic of PA6 oligomer were analyzed. The major reasons to influence the concentration of PA6 oligomer (especially cyclic dimmer) as well as the damage of oligomer to polymer plant were studied. The effective measures were taken to diminish the damage to PA6 plant. The valuable experimental data applicable to the Lactam Directly Recycling Process was obtained.
