异形、阻燃、有光涤纶长丝生产工艺探讨

Discussion on Production of Profiled, Bright and Flame Retardent Ployester Filament

探讨了异形、阻燃、有光涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)的生产工艺特点。介绍了干燥控制、纺丝温度和黏度降控制、丝束冷却和集束上油控制等生产技术。结果表明:选择合适的生产工艺,可生产出性能优良的异形、阻燃、有光涤纶FDY。

The production behaviour of profiled, bright and flame retardent ployester FDY was discussed. The process control of chip dry, spinning temperature, viscosity drop, cooling and oiling was introduced. The results showed that the high quality profiled, bright and flame retardent ployester FDY was manufaetred by selecting proper processing condition.
