5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗尖锐湿疣132例疗效分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸(ALA)光动力治疗尖锐湿疣临床疗效。方法对132例皮损在2cm以内的尖锐湿疣患者进行光动力治疗。ALA采用患处局部湿敷或封包方法给药,3h后用635nm半导体激光照射,能量密度100~150J/cm^2,照射时间20-30min。结果132例患者经1~6次治疗,皮损全部清除,所有患者治疗后无感染、溃疡、瘢痕等不良反应。82例患者经3个月随访观察,有6例复发,复发率为7.3%。结论5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗尖锐湿疣是一种有效、安全、低复发率的新疗法。
