摘要
排水采气是水驱气田生产中常见的采气工艺。随着气藏开发的条件越来越苛刻,对起泡剂性能要求越来越高,现有起泡剂只能在温度和盐度均不太高的条件下适用,不能满足高温高盐气藏开采的需要。该文在烯丙基单体上引入含有磺酸基的亲水性单体,达到耐温抗盐的目的。用聚合反应合成了耐温抗盐排水采气用起泡剂AMS-18。用搅拌法、气流法、倾注法评价了其性能。结果表明,该起泡剂能够耐温120℃,抗盐250 000 mg/L〔其中ρ(Ca2+)=4 000 mg/L〕,在该条件下,半衰期100 s,泡高84.8 cm,消泡速度6.15 cm/L。AMS-18于2005年放大至3 m3反应釜进行工业化生产,并在SU气田进行了矿场应用,措施井油压上升了1.5 MPa,产气量由原来的2 800 m3/d上升到目前的18 000 m3/d,增加了7.2倍。
Chemical dewatering gas production is a main recovery method for water bearing gas reservoirs. But the foaming agent now available is not suited to the conditions of high temperature and high salt content. For the sake of temperature resistance and higher salt tolerance, a new style of foaming agent AMS - 18 was prepared and evaluated with three methods. The results indicate that the temperature resistance of AMS - 18 is 120 ℃ and the salt tolerance is 250 000 mg/L(Ca^2+ :4 000 mg/L). AMS - 18 has been produced industrially in 3 m^3 reaction caldron and the effect of site application is superior in SU gas field. The tube pressure of treatment increases by 1.5 MPa, and the production is raised from 2 800 m^3/d to 18 000 m^3/d.
